Through 430am...a line of scattered showers and a few thunderstorms extending from the coastal waters of Mainland Monroe to the Lake Okeechobee will continue moving east across South Florida. The strongest activity, which will remain near Palm Beach County and the lake, could produce a heavy downpours, gusty winds around 40 mph, and occasional lightning strikes.
