* slow moving thunderstorms capable of producing very heavy rain are possible this afternoon and evening. The ground was already saturated from rainfall during the past few days. Any additional heavy rain may cause flash flooding... especially if the rain falls in just an hour or two.
* Heavy rain may cause streams and creeks to quickly rise out of their banks. Low water crossings and any poor drainage areas may also flood due to heavy rain.
