7 PM MDT this evening for wind and low relative humidity...

* affected area... fire weather zone 301... 302... 307... 309 across
southeast Wyoming. Fire weather zone 311... 312... 313 over
western Nebraska.

* Winds... west 20 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph.

* Relative humidity... as low as 8 percent.

* Impacts... windy and dry weather combined with dormant grasses
and cured small fuels... may produce critical fire weather
conditions this afternoon.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A red flag warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now... or will shortly. A combination of
strong winds... low relative humidity... and warm temperatures will
create explosive fire growth potential.
